One of the best fried chickens I've ever had! Wonderfully crispy skin, juicy interior, and not oily at all. I hear they use a special drying technique to prep the chicken.

It's crunchy, perfectly salty crust yields to sweating, juicy mounds of flesh. Swipe it through the heap of mashed potatoes and mustard gravy underneath, and try not to groan.
