Fantastic soup dumplings, best in Seattle! To eat them, place one on your spoon, poke it with your chopsticks to let the soup come out so it cools down. Otherwise you'll burn your face off!

Traditional pork xiao long bao with soup inside. These are OK for being stateside but the best is still from Taiwan.

Serious Eats
For the dipping sauce, you mix your own ratio of soy sauce and black vinegar, adding ginger slices, and then figure out your eating technique. [...] these are the best xiao long bao in the Seattle area...

1 order was hot and good. 1 order was just Luke warm... Probably best in the area. But still not as good as the ones we had in Vancouver Bc

I would agree it's the best in Seattle...but pass on the crab meat ones. Not even close to the real thing.

My husband showed me how to poke a hole in the dumpling to allow the juice to fill the spoon, cool the center and eat it in one bite. Um um good

This is the second DTF location to open in the US and I'm so glad it's in Seattle. The Shanghai soup dumplings (aka xiao long bao) are out of this world!

Incredible dumplings, well worth the hype I've been reading. Make sure you poke a hole in them before you try to eat them otherwise you'll burn your face off :)
