The tasting menu consists of 15 courses with the dishes constantly changing week to week. Our particular menu offered a wide array of dishes ranging from carrot 'tartare' to lamb served four ways, and foie gras terrine with black truffle to sheep's milk cheesecake with mango and peanuts. During the course of our meal, we even got to sample apple brandy and beer crafted specifically for the restaurant.
Value wise, it's not as formidable as Per Se or Joël Robuchon but still a worthwhile culinary experience worth sampling.”
