Your dishes will certainly vary based upon what's in season, but the 'Chef in the Hat' will certainly deliver. I particularly enjoyed the main course of black lentils with a wonderful balsamic vinegar and a delicious side of sautéed potatoes. There was also a very nice quinoa salad with turnip that was also delicious. If you didn't drive, be sure to go with the wine pairing.”
