Super Chef Tom Douglas perfected SP's slightly sweet, almost pastry-like crust at his bakery around the corner, and it's so good that almost anything would taste amazing on it, but you wanna spend your clams on the 'za topped with diced, fresh-shucked ones from one of the Puget Sound's premier bivalve purveyors. Seriously (see what we did there?!), this pie can't be missed.

...a superb illustration of the kind of quality that only money can buy... excellence here is embedded in the crisp, bubbly crusts, scented with a whiff of hearth smoke... the sophisticated saltiness of the shellfish and swine combination is brilliant. The pie's showered with shaved Parmesan, which melts into the chewy Penn Cove clams and introduces a nuttiness that bounces off the peppery pancetta. To finish the pizza, there's olive oil and lemon thyme.
