Add the bacon. Add the egg. Have it all. This burger is a colossal gut buster that will blow you away. The bacon is thick & smokey. The egg is fresh. I have no idea what kind of cheese it was but it was amazing. The burger is thick & prepared perfectly.

It's easy to see why this burger is so popular and stayed on the menu when the restaurant switched from Spring Hill to Ma'Ono.

The burger was cooked to a perfect medium that we requested and the patty was juicy with a perfect level of seasoning.

However, the cheese was arguably the best thing about this burger. So cheesy, so smooth and ultra delicious.

The only thing I didn't like about the burger was that it was a mess to eat. I blame the thick cut of bacon they use because you can't easily bite through it. When you try, it slides out making a mess of you hands and plate. I joked that I needed a bath after I finished it!

Seattle Magazine
It's a half-pound of Painted Hills beef cooked over a real applewood fire... The meat, juicy and pink in the center, gets a dark, salty crust from the hot fire and is scented with smoke. Then come the toppings: a slice of house-made American cheese, house-smoked bacon and house-made special sauce served on an English muffin from Dahlia Bakery
Seattle Met
The beast is fully five inches high... The bacon is crafted on site; the cheeses are white cheddar and California's lovely, rarely seen teleme; the bun is from Dahlia Bakery; and that luscious cream you thought was Thousand Island is actually aioli fired with roasted tomatoes.
Serious Eats
I can't readily think of a better-tasting slab of hamburger being served anywhere. Words do not do it justice...this is the best cheese I've ever tasted on a burger... Also astoundingly good: the house-cured bacon. It's thick and chewy and cuts through the cheese and beef to stand out on its own.

Very tasty burger. Ordered it rare but came out medium rare. Bacon and sauce was great, overshadowing the patty itself, but still satisfying. Fries on the side were absolutely fantastic. Overall a solid choice, though I have a hard time calling it a $19 burger.
