Gatherings from the morning harvest Corn: this is what's pictured - a delicious scallop, lemon and corn explosion Blue Footed Chicken: yummy morels and a tastey OR Pinot to accompany - my favorite wine. Onion: Shallots, onion rings oh my, with a duo of wagyu beef Cheese: Sheeps with a apricot stuffed flat bread. Strawberry: parfait with whipped woodruff cream Peach-Berry: sorbet and cobbler. Yum Water: aka the coffee course Cherry: chocolate dipped rainier cherry.
