Any Canadian will tell you that melted cheese curds are essential to great Poutine! These cheese curds were too small and sprinkled very gingerly on top. This left them not completely melted and not incorporated into the dish well.
To make matters even worse, the gravy was mediocre. Too thin and not much flavor.
I'm still on the hunt for good Poutine in Seattle.”
