This sandwich is officially named after mixologist David 'Tipsy Texan' Alan, but we'd reckon it's also because its high piles of fatty brisket, sausage and coleslaw make it literally tip over. Or maybe it's because after eating it, you immediately feel tipsy drunk on Franklin meat. Try it and get back to us.

...This sandwich tastes like everything that is good...a hunk of glorious brisket [...] chopped [into] glistening, bite-sized chunks...purple coleslaw and thinly sliced pickles. Slices of sausage get laid atop the brisket...opens at 11 a.m....regularly sold-out of barbecue by 1...worth the ninety minute wait...

The brisket wasn't the leanest you'll find, but the it was great in this sandwich with the sausge and BBQ sauce.

It's chopped brisket mised with their housemade espresso BBQ sauce, sausage and slaw. It took awhile for this to come for some reason, but it was worth the wait. From the first bite to the last, it was wonderful.
