The best item on the menu if you ask me...the taste is incomparable, and the presentation is flawless. Big enough to feed two people, best item on the menu!

just like everyone else has reviewed. this is 5 spoon good!!!! please notice my !@#$ thigh meat is not fried to avoid gluten , and that was not as tasty as a result. the sauce of the night was mango base, which is in season

The duck was good - really good. Crispy skin with tender meat, truly a delight. Presentation as always was phenomenal.

The best duck I've ever had. Spectacular balance of crispy skin and juicy meat. As part of the presentation, they will bring the full duck to your table and then return with the breast carvings. Also loved the croquette which is made of duck leg and foie gras. An amazing meal for two.

I love, love the duck at Canlis. I don't normally like duck breast, but this one was excellent because it doesn't have a gamey taste. But the best part is the crispy skin. The tender meat and the crispy skin...doesn't get better than this!!!

Wow! Absolutely delicious!!! The skin is so crispy yet the meat is so tender. It has hints of clover that complements the taste of the duck. The fried ball is a duck rillette made from the thigh meat. Interestingly, the thighs are not from your duck, but rather from the duck of a previous guest due to the longer cooking time of the thighs. I would say it's possibly the best duck dish I've ever had!

I didn't know I liked duck until I tasted this savory peppered duck at Canlis. Truly a treat with pear and raisin spicy chutney. Beautiful presentation.

Let me start off by saying that this was one of the best duck dishes I have ever had in America. They use a 14-day dry aged duck and roast it whole providing a meal for two people. Their preparation and roasting process helps the duck develop a deliciously crispy skin that reminded me of a traditional Chinese Peking Duck. The meat itself was absurdly juicy and tender causing me to savor each and every bite. My only regret is not having enough light in the dining room to take a better photo! Do yourself a favor and order this dish. Now.
