NY strip is back in the mix along with skirt steak and brisket, the ratios of which are a closely guarded secret. All the beef is prime and sourced from Creekstone Farms, Kentucky. [...] The bun is about as sweet as a potato roll—in other words, far less cloying than most brioche. [...] While they will let you order it with cheese if you want, I recommend that you first try it without and see if you think it's missing anything. [...] Although the bun might appear too large, it is so light and airy that as it compresses and conforms around the plump patty the beef-to-bun ratio is actually spot on. Everyone I know has been hyping this burger for me, so naturally I just had to try it. To cut to the chase, the burger was phenomenal. Perfectly juicy and had a unique seasoning that really made my mouth water. The caramlized onions were a nice touch that gave it a deeper mix of flavors.

Their trademark dish that Minetta is famous for. It is made from prime dry-aged beef cuts with caramelized onions & fries. It was super tender, juicy and the caramelized onions were the perfect accompaniment.
